Refund & Returns Policy
Please read our terms and policy thoroughly before completing your purchase.
If there is any manufacturing error in any of our delivered products, Watchiliya is obliged to exchange the product with a new one or payback the exact amount of the purchased product within 7 days after purchase, in case of stock-out.
Products cannot be returned and warranty claims will be completely voided if damage occurs due to the following reasons:
- 1 Physical or external physical damage
- 2 Water damage or moisture submersion
- 3 Fire damage or extreme heat exposure
- 4 Touch display integration issues from pressure
- 5 Battery degradation or swelling
- 6 Internal hardware damage caused by using an overpowered charging adapter
Traditional analogue timepieces are built to last, but tracking exemptions apply. Returns and warranty coverages do not include:
- 1 Physical / external cosmetic damage after delivery validation
- 2 Water damage surpassing the explicit ATM depth rating
Only regular, full-priced items may be evaluated for refunds or dynamic value returns. Sale items and items purchased during clearance campaigns cannot be refunded.
We only replace watch units if they are verified as internally defective or damaged straight out of the box. If you need to process an exchange for the exact same item model, initiate the request via email support.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the absolute value of your return. Once the returned item is physically received and inspected, a gift certificate code will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to hand to you later, we will send a direct refund back to the original gift purchaser.
